I met Christina back in November at her and her husband’s Christmas mini session. She emailed me and said how she’d love for their Christmas card photo to announce their pregnancy and I was just so excited! Pregnancy announcements and gender reveals are my weakness, and Instagram knows it! Every time I head over to the main feed of Instagram it’s all they show me and I am such a sucker for them, I lose so much time watching all the revels! lol But anyways Christina brought along their pup, Jax, to help with the announcement and he is just too cute! We then planned for a snowy Maternity Portrait Session and I am so glad we got it!

Winters in Pittsburgh can be snowy and cold, but they can also be warm and rainy so you never know what to expect! But thank goodness this year has been a snowy one because it’s not often I get requests for snowy maternity sessions and I was so happy I could deliver!

Plus, not only did we get snow we also got sun! Say what?! The light of the sun reflecting on the snow made for such beautiful lighting! Not to mention the sun glistened off the sequins of Christina’s dress she picked from the client wardrobe.

How gorgeous is Christina at 31 weeks pregnant?! She glowed our entire maternity portrait session and I am just in love with the romantic vibe of these photos! Congratulations again Christina and Joe! And I can’t wait to meet baby boy Leo at our Newborn Lifestyle Session in April! Sending prayers for a healthy, easy and safe delivery!
